If youre excited about building something meaningful at scale and solving Manage the Finance & Accounts function for Virohan: Set up and manage the finance function across general accounting, banking, taxation, compliances / audits, and MIS / reporting Manage accounting operations at a corporate level including owning billing & collection at training campuses, Cost Accounting, Take ownership for budgeting & overseeing the overall financial discipline of the company Liaison with auditors and take ownership for audit & due diligence closures Ensure development of effective taxation strategies and plans, implement and monitor their effectiveness to minimize the tax burden Hire, train, monitor & coach teams in the Finance Org to build a high performance culture Create a framework for financial risk assessment, strengthen internal controls and assist in process improvement.
