About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Insurance & Finance Trainer who is passionate about teaching and developing students for careers in the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services & Insurance) sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for a fresh graduate/postgraduate who has a strong academic background in Finance, Banking, Insurance, Commerce, Economics, or Management and wants to build a career in training and education.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging classroom and practical training sessions on Banking, Finance and Insurance.Explain basic and intermediate concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, quizzes and practical activities.Train students on topics such as:Banking fundamentalsFinancial products and servicesInsurance fundamentalsLife & General InsuranceLoans and creditKYC and banking operationsFinancial planning and investment basicsMutual Funds and other investment productsRisk managementBFSI terminology and industry practicesConduct mock interviews, group discussions and role-plays to improve students' employability.Assess students through tests, assignments, presentations and practical activities.Maintain attendance, assessment records and training reports.Provide mentoring and career guidance to students.Stay updated with developments in the BFSI industry.Coordinate with the placement team to make students job-ready for banking, finance and insurance roles.EligibilityGraduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Banking, Insurance, Commerce, Economics, Management or a related field.Freshers are welcome.Strong academic knowledge of Finance/BFSI concepts.Good communication and presentation skills.Comfortable speaking in English and Hindi; Marathi would be an advantage.Good command of MS Office/PowerPoint/Excel.Passion for teaching, mentoring and working with students.Preferred SkillsKnowledge of the Indian Banking & Insurance sector.Basic understanding of financial markets and investment products.Ability to simplify complex financial concepts.Good classroom management skills.Confident personality and professional communication.Willingness to learn and develop as a professional trainer.What We OfferFull-time career opportunity in the BFSI skill-development sector.Structured training and mentoring to develop professional training skills.Opportunity to work with colleges, corporates and industry-linked skill development programs.Exposure to Banking, Financial Services, Insurance and employability training.Career growth opportunities based on performance.Ideal CandidateWe are looking for someone who is energetic, confident, disciplined and passionate about teaching, with a genuine interest in helping young graduates build successful careers in the BFSI industry.
