Overview

As a Finance Manager at our company, your role will involve the day-to-day management of financial reporting accuracy and ensuring on-time processing of client information. Your responsibilities will include: - Reviewing the General Ledger for coding accuracy, file completeness, and overall accuracy - Delivering the Management Reporting Package to client leadership each month - Conducting frequent client meetings to discuss ongoing work, special projects, and financial results - Communicating tax reporting needs with tax professionals - Providing advisory services tailored to the needs of emerging or high-growth businesses - Engaging in business development activities through community and professional organizational involvement - Managing a team of Senior and Staff Accountants - Project management of multiple client engagements To succeed in this role, you should have: - Proven ability to manage, train, and motivate a team - Superior prioritization and focus skills in a high-paced, multi-tasking environment - Quick learning and utilization of new technology software applications - Pro-active and personable communication skills with clients and internal/external referral sources - Exceptional problem-solving, process improvement, and client service skills - Desire to drive positive outcomes for our clients and foster the development of team members In terms of qualifications and experience, we are looking for candidates who have: - A Bachelors or Masters degree in accounting or a related field - Minimum 5+ years of experience in outsourced accounting, managing multiple clients in the USA - Public accounting experience would be a plus - One of the following certifications: CPA, CMA, CGMA, CA - Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship building skills - Comfort working in a fast-paced environment handling the demands of multiple clients - Experience with QuickBooks Online, Sage, NetSuite, Bill, Excel (intermediate), or other similar software (preferred) - Willingness to travel up to 15% when required Join us and be a part of a dynamic team where your skills and expertise will contribute to the success of our clients and the growth of our company.
