01Requirements
8-14 years of counterpart classification experience primarily in Finance
Accounting
Solid experience in Financial Accounting, Financial Control, Accounting
Change, or Finance Transformation within a banking environment.
Strong understanding of IFRS, General Ledger processes, financial reporting,
reconciliations, and accounting controls.
Proven project management experience delivering complex Finance change
programmes and influencing senior Finance stakeholders. .
