01Key Responsibilities

- Assist Ameriprise financial advisors in client servicing, including preparing basic financial plans, conducting investment research, and completing trades and transactions- Prepare and summarize client meetings, schedule and confirm appointments, create agendas, and provide necessary follow-up- Ensure timely submission of new business paperwork, including preparing forms, obtaining signatures, and coordinating documentation submission- Coordinate marketing events, prepare compliance documentation, and assist in increasing social media presence- Handle general administrative tasks such as answering phones, processing expense reports, preparing client correspondence, and setting up client files- Assist advisors in enrolling and servicing clients on various Ameriprise toolsRequired Qualifications:- Willingness to obtain licensing certifications as required (e.g., SERIES 7, State Securities, State IAR, State Insurance)- Availability to work evening hours from 8:00 pm to 4:30 am (9:30 am to 6 pm CST)- Graduate in finance discipline (preferably with 0-1 year experience or 1-year diploma)- Strong communication skills- Basic proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word- Exposure to financial products like mutual funds, insurance, and retirement services would be beneficial- Detail-oriented with high accuracy levels- Ability to meet strict timelines as per agreed SLAs for advisor practicesPreferred Qualifications:- Experience interacting with advisors or U.S. business partners is preferredAbout Our Company:Ameriprise India LLP has been providing client-based financial solutions for 125 years, helping clients plan and achieve their financial goals.
