What You'll DoAnalyze financial statements and evaluate pre-IPO investment opportunities.Review business models and prepare financial summaries.Track transaction progress and coordinate with internal teams.Build and maintain relationships with financial consultants and existing clients.Follow up on ongoing mandates and investor opportunities.Monitor the deal pipeline and prepare reports for management.Support the merchant banking team throughout the transaction lifecycle.What We're Looking ForMaster's degree in Finance, Commerce, MBA (Finance), CA Inter, CFA Level I/II, or equivalent.14 years of experience in Financial Services, Merchant Banking, Investment Banking, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, or Client Relationship Management.Strong understanding of Financial Statements.Excellent analytical and communication skills.Good follow-up and stakeholder management abilities.Advanced Excel knowledge is preferred. .
