Financial Analyst

- Provide critical financial insights through management reporting, developing plans and forecasts, and conducting in-depth analysis. - Gather, interpret, and analyze information, make assessments, and complete reconciliations. - Conduct scenario planning, trend identification, and in-depth analysis to provide valuable insights for strategic decision-making. - Gain a deep understanding of financial systems and processes. - Analyze large sets of data and extract valuable insights to present to leadership and business partners. - Own month-end close activities, prepare and analyze schedules, and understand their impact on the overall financials. - Question inconsistencies in financial data and make recommendations to resolve. - Support and provide guidance to other functional areas, help with questions, and assist with solutions. - Perform Ad hoc analysis as needed.

- 3+ years of prior experience in financial analysis and accounting. - Advanced Excel skills. - Understanding of financial system structures and data flows. - Ability to complete financial analysis with minimal direction.
