This role is suitable for candidates who want practical exposure to financial analysis, reporting, budgeting support, forecasting, data interpretation, spreadsheet management, and business finance documentation. Support data collection and review for budgets, expenses, revenue, and performance reports. Work with Excel or Google Sheets to organize, calculate, and present financial data. Help identify trends, variances, and basic financial patterns from available data. Assist in preparing MIS reports and financial dashboards when required. Support budget tracking, expense monitoring, and forecasting-related activities. Maintain organized records of financial documents, reports, and supporting data. Coordinate with internal teams to collect required financial or operational information. Check reports for accuracy, missing entries, inconsistencies, and formatting issues. Prepare simple notes, summaries, and documentation for assigned tasks. Follow confidentiality and accuracy standards while handling financial information. Complete assigned financial analysis tasks within agreed timelines. Who Can Apply Candidates with basic understanding of finance, accounting, or data analysis. Students, fresh graduates, or entry-level candidates interested in financial analysis or business finance. Candidates comfortable working with numbers, spreadsheets, reports, and documentation. Candidates with good analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail. Candidates willing to learn financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and MIS processes. Preferred Qualifications Pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Basic knowledge of MS Excel formulas, charts, pivot tables, and reporting formats is preferred. Familiarity with financial statements, budgeting, or variance analysis is an advantage. Understanding of accounting concepts or MIS reporting is helpful. Knowledge of Google Sheets, Power BI, or financial modeling basics is an added advantage. Academic, personal, or internship-level finance projects are welcome.
