Role Description The Financial Analyst role at Nestl India is a full-time position in a hybrid work model, based in Kangra Tehsil with flexibility for some work from home. The Financial Analyst will perform day-to-day tasks including analyzing financial data, preparing and reviewing financial statements, and supporting financial planning and budgeting activities. The role involves preparing regular financial reports, monitoring performance against forecasts, and providing data-driven insights to support business decisions. The Financial Analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensure accuracy and compliance in financial records, and contribute to process improvements and cost optimization initiatives. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to communicate financial insights clearly to stakeholders. Qualifications Strong foundation in Finance with experience in Financial Planning and budgeting processes. Advanced Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify trends. Proficiency in preparing, interpreting, and reviewing Financial Statements. Experience in Financial Reporting, including management reports and variance analysis. Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Knowledge of Excel and financial modeling tools; familiarity with ERP or accounting systems is an advantage. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present financial information clearly. Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with diverse teams. Relevant professional certifications (e.g., CA, CMA, CFA Level I) are beneficial. .
