Salary Range: 3 LPA 6 LPA (Based on experience, previous CTC, role, and interview performance) Role & Responsibilities Promote and sell third-party financial products including Mutual Funds, SIPs, Insurance, PMS, Bonds, etc. Generate new client leads through cold-calling, referrals, walk-ins, and scheduled appointments. Cross-sell relevant financial products to existing clients to enhance wallet share. Provide clients with market insights, research reports, and updates on NFOs/IPOs. Assist clients in filling investment forms, documentation, and ensure accurate transaction processing. Maintain regular follow-ups and provide after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Support branch-level promotional activities, seminars, and events to drive brand visibility and lead generation. Ensure accurate reporting of daily sales activities and maintain records in the back-office systems. Collaborate with the branch team to achieve individual and collective AUM & revenue targets. Preferred Candidate Profile Bachelor's degree from a recognized university (mandatory). 1 -5 years of experience in financial services or direct sales (Freshers with certifications encouraged). Must hold valid certifications: NISM Series V-A: Mutual Fund Distributor (mandatory) Financial Advisory Module Security Operations and Risk Management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-focused mindset with a passion for client servicing and financial advisory. Quick learner, self-motivated, and adaptable to a target-oriented environment.
