Financial Operations Analyst

As a Senior Executive / Analyst in the Accounts & MIS department, your primary responsibility will be to manage financial data, prepare MIS reports and dashboards, and support business decision-making through data analysis. You will need to be detail-oriented and have strong analytical skills, with expertise in Advanced Excel and Power BI. Additionally, hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) will be crucial for this role.

- Manage Accounts & Finance Operations effectively - Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities efficiently - Perform vendor reconciliation, customer reconciliation, and aging analysis accurately - Process invoices in a timely manner

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field - 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in Accounts, Finance, and MIS - Proficiency in Advanced Excel and Power BI is a must - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet deadlines consistently
