Financial Plan & Analysis Manager

- Conduct financial planning and analysis processes including planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance reporting - Utilize proficiency in SAP, Oracle, SQL Server, and Advanced Excel for reporting and analysis - Handle budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis of revenue, working capital, gross margin & SG&A, pricing, and predictive reporting - Demonstrate strong FP&A experience in industries such as Banking, Manufacturing, Retail, or Consumer goods - Develop databases and create reports, with knowledge of financial services operations and information delivery systems - Lead technical teams, provide professional expertise, and manage client communication and support for day-to-day issues - Partner with reporting clients to understand strategic goals and operational context, delivering strategic business insights and facts - Utilize various applications to convey impactful messages using storytelling principles
