Staff Accountant/Senior Staff Accountant/Financial Analyst We are seeking a detail-oriented accounting person who will assist with day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, journal entries and financial reporting. AP - Process vendor invoices, employee reimbursements, and credit card transactions. AR - Process Customer invoices, cash receipts and manage accounts receivable. Perform balance sheet account reconciliations, including bank accounts, credit cards, prepaid expenses, fixed assets, payroll-related accounts, and other assigned accounts. Reporting & Analysis - Responsible for preparing journal entries, performing general ledger operations, monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements. Assist with preparation and filing of tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, and other tax requirements Run ad hoc reports from accounting systems. Ensure compliance with internal controls and approval processes. Ensure compliance with US GAAP and company policies. Skills and Qualifications: Requires Bachelors/ masters in accounting, Finance, or Business. 28 years of accounting or finance experience. CPA is a must. Experience with QuickBooks. Advanced level knowledge of Excel including Pivot Tables & V-Lookups 2. Wealth Management Analyst: Performance Reports : Regularly track and report on portfolio performance, comparing returns to benchmarks and assessing risk-adjusted performance. Rebalancing Reports : Analyze portfolio allocations and suggest adjustments to maintain the target risk-return profile. Financial Analysis : Strong quantitative skills to analyze and interpret portfolio data. Reporting Tools : Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Addapar) and portfolio management systems. Market Knowledge : Understanding of financial markets, asset classes, and economic factors affecting investment outcomes Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in finance, economics, or related field required 2+ years of experience in investment consulting, reporting and/or due diligence, financial planning, brokerage or investment management industry is preferred. Passion for learning and deep interest in capital markets, economy, and investing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Proficiency in Excel is a must. .
