Job Title: Accounts Executive Location: Noida, Sector 62 (On-site) Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, maintain financial records, and ensure compliance with statutory regulations.
Key Responsibilities - Manage daily accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
Prepare and process vendor payments, invoices, and expense reimbursements.Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.Perform bank reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies.Prepare GST, TDS, and other statutory returns in compliance with applicable laws.Maintain fixed asset registers and accounting documentation.Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.Prepare MIS reports and financial statements for management review.Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, banks, and other external stakeholders.Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.Support payroll accounting and other finance-related activities when required.Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or Accounting.
13 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and basic accounting principles.Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime, Busy, or similar ERP systems. .
