Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and review private equity and hedge fund financial statements
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to staff
- Manage risk and ensure compliance with procedures and checklists
- Coordinate workflow, maintain process knowledge, and assist with operational changes
- Ensure team accuracy and meeting deadlines
- Implement standard practices, processes, tools, and technology enhancements
- Participate in client issue resolution and ad-hoc projects
- Coordinate activities with global offshoring partners
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Economics with a specialization in Business, Accounting, Finance, or equivalent experience preferred
- Professional qualification such as CA/CPA/ACCA preferred
- Knowledge of US GAAP/IFRS
- 3+ to 8+ years of experience in Fund Financial Reporting/accounting or finance field preferred
