- ; Bank Reconciliations: Perform monthly reconciliations for multiple operating and escrow accounts.
- ; Expense Management: Review and process vendor invoices, ensuring costs are coded to the correct property and expense category.
- ; Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports for property owners and stakeholders.
