Key Responsibilities
Identify and acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and lead generation.
Present and recommend suitable financial products and services.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
Provide excellent post-sales support.
Stay updated on financial market trends and regulatory changes.
Preferred candidate profile The Financial Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the complete sales cyclefrom prospecting and client acquisition to closing deals and providing post-sales support. The role involves understanding clients' financial needs and recommending suitable insurance, investment, and wealth management solutions while building long-term relationships.
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum Graduate (Bachelor's degree preferred in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field).
Minimum 1 year of experience in Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Wealth Management, or Investment Sales.
NISM certification will be an added advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Self-motivated and target-oriented. .
