01Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Claims Adjuster or in a related insurance claims role.
Active All-Lines (Independent/Company) insurance license with continuing education requirements up to date.
High school diploma or GED required.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities with excellent attention to detail.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to draft professional customer correspondence.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Strong organizational skills and adaptability with a customer-first mindset.
Proven ability to work effectively with minimal supervision while maintaining quality and productivity standards.
Candidates located within commuting distance of Miami, FL should be comfortable with a hybrid work arrangement.
