Freshers with a graduation degree are welcome to apply, and full training will be provided. Mutual Fund Operations Equity & Demat Operations Insurance Operations Loan Operations Other Financial Product Operations - Capital Gain Bonds and Corporate Fixed Deposits, keeping FD-related data updated in the relevant software. Client & Internal Coordination Required Skills Graduate in any discipline graduation is compulsory. 01 years of experience in Mutual Fund, Equity, Broking, Insurance, Loan, Financial Services or Back Office Operations is preferred, though freshers are welcome and will be trained. Good working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word, MS Office and basic knowledge of AI tools. Good written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Good organisational and follow-up skills, with the ability to handle multiple operational activities simultaneously. A basic understanding of Mutual Funds, Equity, Insurance, Loans and other financial products is an advantage, along with a genuine willingness to learn financial products, processes and operational systems. Certifications NISM-Series-V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification preferred/willing to give. NISM-Series-VIII: Equity Derivatives Certification preferred/willing to give. Any insurance-related certification an advantage. Candidate Profile Someone comfortable with documentation and data entry, who takes a responsible and detail-oriented approach to their work.
