01Responsibilities
** * Manage and mentor a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment. * Oversee daily operational activities, ensuring adherence to established procedures, service level agreements, and regulatory requirements. * Monitor team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies for continuous improvement. * Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training and development needs for team members. * Act as a point of escalation for complex issues and client inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution. * Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement departmental strategies and initiatives. * Identify opportunities for process enhancements and automation to improve efficiency and accuracy. * Ensure compliance with internal policies, external regulations, and audit requirements. * Prepare and present performance reports to senior management. * Participate in recruitment and selection processes for new team members. Job Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial services operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or managerial role. * Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team. * Strong understanding of financial instruments, processes, and regulatory frameworks. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. * Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment. * Demonstrated commitment to client service excellence and operational efficiency.
