Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to handle premium banking customers and help them with their financial needs. The role involves building strong customer relationships, providing financial solutions, and increasing business through cross-selling banking products.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain relationships with high-value customers.

Understand customer financial needs and suggest suitable banking and investment products.

Help customers with wealth management, portfolio planning, and financial advisory services.

Cross-sell products such as Mutual Funds, Insurance, Fixed Deposits, CASA, and other banking solutions.

Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.

Increase customer engagement and grow the business portfolio.

Follow all bank policies, compliance, and service standards.

Work closely with branch and product teams to provide the best solutions to customers.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking, Wealth Management, Investments, or Financial Services.

Good communication and relationship-building skills.

Strong sales and customer handling experience.

Ability to achieve business and revenue targets.
