01Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Meet quality standards, productivity targets, and service level agreements (SLAs).
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
Follow company policies, compliance guidelines, and communication standards.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong listening and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle customers with patience and professionalism.
Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Willingness to work in a rapid-paced workplace.
Qualifications:
High school diploma, undergraduate degree, or bachelor's degree (depending on company requirements).
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
Prior experience in an international voice process or customer support is an advantage.
