Job Summary:
Responsible for managing and supervising interior fit-out activities at project sites, ensuring work is completed as per drawings, quality standards, and timelines
Key Responsibility
- Supervise daily interior fit-out and site execution work.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and clients.
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor civil, flooring, false ceiling, painting, carpentry, electrical, and other fit-out works.
- Check quality, material usage, and project progress.
- Identify and resolve site-related issues.
- Prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Ensure timely completion and snag-free handover.
Qualification & Experience:
- Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
- 25 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction projects.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office.
Good communication, coordination, and site management skills
