Fixed Asset Accountant / Finance Executive
Location: Edappally, Kerala
Salary: 20,000 35,000 per month
Experience: 24 Years in Finance Executive Fixed Assets
Qualification: B. Com / M. Com or Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting
We are looking for a detail-oriented Fixed Asset Accountant / Finance Executive to manage fixed asset accounting, reconciliations, financial reporting, and month-end closing activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel, along with a strong understanding of fixed asset accounting processes.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Fixed Asset Register and oversee the complete asset lifecycle.
- Perform asset capitalization, transfers, retirements, and disposals.
- Prepare fixed asset schedules and support month-end closing activities.
- Conduct fixed asset reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Coordinate physical verification of assets across branches.
- Review and reconcile branch audit observations.
- Prepare fixed asset reports and support management reporting.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounts, and branch teams to ensure data accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, internal controls, and company procedures.
