01Key Responsibilities
- Manage material inward/outward movement and maintain records in the Security Register.
- Review purchase invoices and scrap sale invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain and update the Asset Register in the SWIFT Tool.
- Handle asset tagging, tracking, and movement between different work locations.
- Conduct physical verification of assets and maintain the Fixed Asset Management Store.
- Coordinate with different departments for allocation and deallocation of assets/materials.
- Prepare and maintain the Fixed Asset Management Report.
- Ensure timely closure of month-end and year-end asset management activities.
- Address queries from other departments and communicate with suppliers regarding material deliveries.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Solid interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Fluency in English, Kannada, Tamil, and Hindi.
- Hands-on experience with SAP / SWIFT tools.
- Preferably MNC experience handling multiple workplaces.
- Basic knowledge of GST provisions. .
