We're seeking someone to join our team as a Vice President to join IM Operations to provide senior execution ownership, team oversight, and escalation management across the fixed income trade lifecycle. The role will focus on strengthening controls, service quality, and operational resilience while supporting MSIM Fixed Income trading desks and investment teams. The Fixed Income Trade Support team is responsible for accurate trade confirmation, timely settlement, and effective resolution of trade-related issues across global fixed income markets.
In the Operations division, we partner with business units across the Firm to support financial transactions, devise and implement effective controls, and develop robust client relationships. This is an Advanced Specialist position at Vice President level within Product Support & Services, which is responsible for providing transaction support and managing post-execution processes.

What you'll Do in the role:-
- Provide senior-level functional support to MSIM Portfolio Managers, Traders, and Portfolio Administrators through the Trade Management System, Aladdin.
- Own and oversee end-to-end fixed income trade confirmation and settlement across global markets.
- Monitor trade flows from Aladdin to Middle Office teams and Custodians to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead trade affirmation and confirmation processes using DTCC CTM, ALERT, and custodian platforms.
- Drive prematching, settlement oversight, and fails management to minimize settlement risk.
- Act as a senior escalation point for unconfirmed trades, settlement discrepancies, and aged fails.
- Manage and mentor a trade support team, including work allocation, review, coaching, and performance feedback.
