We are looking for a Floor Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the caf floor, ensuring smooth service, excellent customer experience, and efficient team performance.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily floor operations, including opening/closing and shift management.Handle customer queries, feedback and complaints professionally.Coordinate with the kitchen and counter teams for smooth order execution.Monitor table turnover, service speed, cleanliness and overall floor experience.Manage billing/POS operations and ensure accurate cash handling.Support inventory checks and minimize wastage.Train and coach team members on service standards and SOPs.Ensure compliance with caf policies, safety and hygiene standards. .
