Flutter/Firebase Architect - Insurance Domain (Mumbai)

Architect Mobile Solutions: Design and architect scalable and high-performance mobile applications using Flutter and Firebase for the insurance domain.Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team in implementing best practices, code reviews, and ensuring adherence to architectural standards.Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders and product managers to understand client requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Solution Design: Create architectural designs, technical specifications, and solution documentation to guide the development team in building robust and scalable applications. Development: Hands-on development using Flutter and Firebase to implement key features and functionalities of the mobile applications. Code Quality: Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards are met throughout the development lifecycle. Testing and Deployment: Work closely with QA teams to define testing strategies and ensure the quality of deliverables. Collaborate with DevOps teams for continuous integration and deployment. Technical Mentoring: Mentor and train junior developers in Flutter and Firebase best practices and technologies. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in mobile technologies, Flutter, Firebase, and the insurance domain to continuously improve our offerings.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.Minimum of X years of experience in mobile application development using Flutter and Firebase.Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices.Proven experience in architecting and building complex mobile applications for the insurance domain.Hands-on experience with Firebase services such as Firestore, Authentication, Cloud Functions, etc.Proficiency in Dart programming language and familiarity with RESTful APIs.Experience with Agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.Solid communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines. .
