Role Description We are seeking an experienced and service-oriented Food & Beverage Assistant with a minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury hotels and premium restaurants. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring smooth restaurant operations, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and hospitality for a prestigious client. Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome guests warmly and provide professional, courteous service throughout their dining experience.Take food and beverage orders accurately and ensure timely service.Serve food and beverages in accordance with luxury hotel service standards.Set up, maintain, and clear tables while ensuring the dining area remains clean and presentable.Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service operations.Address guest requests and concerns promptly to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards as per luxury hospitality guidelines.Assist with buffet, banquet, and special event service as required.Ensure proper handling of restaurant equipment, crockery, cutlery, and glassware.Adhere to company policies, SOPs, and safety standards.Qualifications & SkillsMinimum 3+ years of experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or premium restaurants.Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Hospitality Management is preferred.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent customer service and guest-handling abilities.Knowledge of luxury hospitality service standards and etiquette.Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.Positive attitude, teamwork, and commitment to delivering world-class guest experiences.Experience : 3+ Years of experience in food & beverage Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days Location : Alibag , Madwa .
