We are looking for a dedicated Pharmacist to join our team in Santhapet. As a Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in providing quality care to our patients.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Dispensing Medications**: Accurately prepare and provide medications to patients while ensuring they understand their dosages and instructions.
- **Patient Consultation**: Offer advice to patients on medication management and potential side effects, helping them make informed decisions about their health.
- **Medication Inventory Management**: Keep track of medication stocks to ensure availability and safety, as well as to prevent shortages or expirations.
- **Collaboration with Healthcare Providers**: Work alongside doctors and other healthcare professionals to discuss patient medication plans and address any concerns.
- **Compiling Patient Records**: Maintain and update patient medication records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
- A degree in pharmacy or related field (BDS, B.Pharma, B.Sc, B.E, BVSC), with strong knowledge of medications, their effects, and interactions.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare staff.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in dispensing and record-keeping.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.
- A commitment to providing compassionate and customer-focused service to all patients.
