Compliance with RBI regulations to ensure no violationsDevelop and ongoing maintenance of ALM Policies and frameworkDealing in SWAP, IRS, POS, Forward, and other Hedging instrumentsHandling Nostro Management and funding in the FX balance sheetCoordination for deposit, borrowing,g and managing relationships with internal and external departmentsMonitor and manage NOOP, AGL, VAR, and other regulatory limitsMonitor FX borrowing /Lending cost in coordination with Finance and TBOEfficient management of Balance sheet /LiquidityKnowledge, Skills, and Experience:
MBA/CA with 5+ years of experienceStrong knowledge of FX Derivatives and productsStrong quants and Excel orientationExcellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills with the ability to perform as a team player .
