Job Title : Field Collection ExecutiveDepartment :Collections / RecoveryLocation : AP & TGJob SummaryThe Field Collection Executive is responsible for recovering overdue payments by visiting customers at their residences or workplaces, maintaining professional customer interactions, and ensuring collections are completed in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and time management skills.Key Responsibilities* Visit customers with overdue accounts to collect pending payments.* Negotiate repayment plans with customers based on company guidelines.* Educate customers on payment options and encourage timely repayments.* Verify customer contact details and update records during field visits.* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, collections, and follow-up actions.* Deposit collected payments as per company procedures.* Achieve assigned collection and recovery targets.* Escalate high-risk, disputed, or difficult cases to the reporting manager.* Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical collection practices.* Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues affecting collections.* Submit daily activity reports and collection Qualifications* Graduate in any discipline.* Prior experience in field collections, recovery, or customer service is preferred.Required Skills* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.* Good negotiation and persuasion abilities.* Ability to handle difficult customer conversations professionally.* Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications for reporting.* Time management and route planning skills.* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.* Valid two-wheeler driving license (preferred).* Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)* Collection target achievement.* Recovery efficiency.* Customer visit productivity.* Timely reporting and documentation.* Compliance with company policies and collection procedures.* Customer complaint resolution and professional conduct.Working Conditions* Extensive field travel within the assigned territory.* Flexible working hours based on business requirements.* Regular interaction with customers and internal stakeholders.* Performance-based incentives may be applicable.
