### Role Overview
Work directly with the Founders Office and Warehouse & Logistics Head to solve real supply chain problems using data. This is a hands-on role with high ownership and steep learning.
What You'll Do
* Work on daily supply chain data across warehouse, inventory, dispatch, and logistics functions.
* Clean, structure, and maintain operational data trackers.
* Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
* Build reports, dashboards, and trackers using Excel.
* Monitor key supply chain metrics and ensure timely data updates.
* Generate actionable insights to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
* Support inventory planning, stock monitoring, and logistics performance analysis.
What We're Looking For
* Strong Excel skills (non-negotiable).
* Basic understanding of supply chain, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics processes.
* Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Comfortable working with large and unstructured datasets.
* Structured thinkers with a high level of ownership and accountability.
* Eagerness to learn how supply chain and operations function in a fast-growing startup environment.
Preferred Qualifications
* MBA (Supply Chain, Operations, or Logistics) preferred.
* Students or recent graduates from Engineering, Commerce, Supply Chain, Operations, Analytics, or related disciplines.
* Prior internship/project experience in supply chain, operations, logistics, or data analysis will be an added advantage.
