Role Description The Founders Office Business Strategy & Documentation Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area. This position works closely with the founders to translate vision into structured strategies, roadmaps, and execution plans, and to maintain high-quality documentation across business functions. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market and competitive research, synthesizing insights into strategic recommendations, and preparing executive-ready documents, presentations, and strategic briefs.
The role also involves documenting key decisions, processes, and product requirements; coordinating cross-functional initiatives; and ensuring alignment between business strategy, product priorities, and measurable outcomes. The Lead will support fundraising and partnership efforts through well-crafted decks, business narratives, and data-backed reports, while helping build scalable processes within a fast-evolving startup workplace.
Qualifications
- Strong business strategy and analytical skills, including experience in market research, competitive analysis, and translating insights into actionable plans.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills, with proficiency in structured writing, process documentation, and creating clear, concise strategic briefs.
- Ability to develop and refine presentations, pitch decks, and executive communication using tools such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, and related productivity software.
- Experience working closely with founders or senior leadership in a startup, consulting, product, or strategy environment, preferably in tech or mission-driven organizations.
- Demonstrated project management skills, including planning, prioritization, stakeholder coordination, and tracking outcomes against goals.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with comfort working in ambiguity and building structure in evolving contexts.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field; prior experience in consulting, product strategy, or founders office roles is a plus.
- Deep interest in faith, culture, or spirituality, and alignment with SattvaLoks mission to build trusted, respectful Faith-Tech products.
