Job Description

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, interpret, and analyze information, make assessments, and complete reconciliations. - Provide critical financial insights through in-depth analysis, scenario planning, and trend identification. - Gain a deep understanding of financial systems and processes. - Analyze large sets of data, extract valuable insights, and present findings to leadership. - Own month-end close activities, prepare and analyze schedules, and understand their impact on financials. - Identify problem areas, question inconsistencies in financial data, and make recommendations for resolution. - Identify improvements, document and recommend appropriate actions, and implement new processes. - Support other functional areas, provide guidance, and assist with solutions. - Perform ad hoc analysis as required.

Qualifications Required

- 3+ years of prior experience in financial analysis and accounting. - Advanced Excel skills. - Understanding of financial system structures and data flows. - Attention to detail, advanced analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Advanced organizational and time management skills. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. - Ability to complete financial analysis with minimal direction.
