Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end implementation and transition of accounting processes in line with Ind-AS requirements.
- Perform gap assessment between existing accounting practices and applicable Ind-AS standards.
- Prepare and review Ind-AS compliant financial statements, disclosures, and supporting schedules.
- Assist in accounting treatment and documentation for complex transactions under Ind-AS.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders, auditors, and consultants during the implementation process.
- Prepare accounting position papers, technical accounting memos, and policy documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory reporting requirements.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Assist in financial statement consolidation and reporting.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and strengthen financial controls related to Ind-AS compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Qualified CA or equivalent finance/accounting qualification.
- 46 years of relevant accounting and financial reporting experience.
- Proven experience in Ind-AS implementation, transition, or financial reporting under Ind-AS.
- Strong understanding of key Ind-AS standards and disclosure requirements.
- Experience in preparing financial statements and audit support documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. .
