ABOUT THE ENGAGEMENT reputed company is a specialist Financial Crime Compliance talent provider. We are building a fraud reputed company team for a 6-month reputed company engagement with a leading Kuwaiti bank's 24/7 digital fraud reputed company function. We are hiring four L1 Fraud Analysts for a fixed 2-month, fully remote engagement providing overnight fraud monitoring coverage for the bank's 24/7 digital fraud reputed company function. We want to be straightforward about the shape of this role it is a defined 2-month term covering the reputed company shift on Kuwait time. Extension is possible if the reputed company's coverage model evolves, but is not guaranteed and should not be assumed. THE ROLE You will be the first line of the bank's overnight fraud defence monitoring the reputed company-time alert queue, triaging and dispositioning alerts reputed company SLA, and escalating anything reputed company or high-reputed company to the L2 analyst and senior investigator. You will work under the bank's direction as part of a reputed company-provided team. WHAT YOU WILL DO Monitor and work the reputed company-time fraud alert queue across digital banking, cards and payments during reputed company-shift hours (Kuwait time). Triage alerts using defined playbooks verify activity, contact-reputed company actions where applicable, disposition as genuine, fraud or refer. Escalate reputed company, high-value or reputed company-linked cases to L2 with a reputed company, complete handover narrative. Meet alert-handling SLAs and reputed company standards, and reputed company case records accurate and complete. Flag recurring false positives and emerging patterns to reputed company's data analyst. Hand over cleanly at shift end to ensure 24/7 continuity.
