Payout: Up to 2,500 per session
Payment Cycle: Monthly (Consolidated payout for all sessions delivered during the month)
Experience: Minimum 5 years of real Investment Banking industry experience

As a Freelance Investment Banking Instructor, you will conduct structured online weekend sessions covering core Investment Banking concepts through practical examples, live financial modeling, deal case studies, and interactive Q&A.

Non-Negotiable RequirementsCandidates must have strong expertise in all of the following areas:
1. Financial ModelingThree-Statement Financial Modeling (Income Statement, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow Statement)Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) ValuationLeveraged Buyout (LBO) ModelingM&A Merger ModelsAccretion & Dilution Analysis
2. Valuation TechniquesComparable Company Analysis (Trading Comps)Precedent Transaction AnalysisIntrinsic Valuation using DCF
3. Real Investment Banking ExperienceMinimum 5 years of hands-on Investment Banking experience.Experience in M&A, ECM, Advisory, or related functions.Direct exposure to live deals.Ability to explain real-world transactions, challenges, and outcomes.
4. Advanced Excel, Power BI & PowerPoint SkillsAdvanced Excel modeling techniques and keyboard shortcuts.Dynamic financial model structuring and error checking.Basic Power BI dashboards and data visualization.Pitch Decks, CIMs (Confidential Information Memoranda), and Investor Presentations in PowerPoint.
5. Deal Process KnowledgeComplete deal lifecycle:PitchingMandateDue DiligenceNegotiationClosingUnderstanding of stakeholder roles throughout the transaction process.Practical knowledge of how investment banking deals progress in real-life scenarios.
