01Overview
We run a US-based inbound voice process and are scaling our closing team. We are looking for an experienced freelance recruiter to own our entire hiring funnel for this role from sourcing right through to final shortlist.
You run the process. We conduct only a brief final confirmation round before extending the offer.
This is not a salaried position. It is a contract engagement paid on results.
What You'll Do
Source and shortlist candidates for 10 closer positions per monthRun the complete screening process end to end:Resume and profile filterEnglish fluency and accent assessmentMock inbound call roundSales aptitude and objection handling checkLogistics check shift availability, internet stability, workspace, joining date, expected paySubmit each shortlisted candidate with a 23 minute voice sample, a completed evaluation scorecard, and confirmed availability detailsMaintain a shortlist ratio of roughly 15 qualified candidates per 10 openingsCoordinate offer discussions and joining datesFollow up with joiners through their first 60 days to support retentionProfile You'll Be Hiring For
Our closers handle inbound calls transferred from openers on a US campaign. Candidates must have:
Clear, fluent, confident spoken EnglishA neutral or US-accent comfortable deliveryPrior international call center / voice process experience (preferred)Freshers are acceptable provided their English fluency and communication are genuinely strongPayment Terms
5,000 per closer who completes 60 days with us 50,000 for a full cycle of 10Payment is released after the 60-day retention milestone is metOngoing long-term engagement for recruiters who deliver consistently this is a repeatable monthly requirement, not a one-off projectWho Should Apply

Compensation: 40,000.00 - 50,000.00 per month
