Role Description:
This part-time, on-site Freelance SAP FICO Trainer role is based in Delhi. The trainer will deliver SAP FICO training programs, including lesson plans, hands-on exercises, and assessments aligned with Henry Harvin standards. Daily tasks include conducting interactive classroom sessions, demonstrating SAP FICO functionalities, explaining key business processes, and guiding learners through practical case studies and system simulations.
The role also involves clarifying learner queries, providing feedback on assignments, updating training content to reflect current SAP practices, and collaborating with the academic team to continuously improve curriculum quality.
Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in SAP FICO with hands-on experience in configuration, enduser support, and realtime implementation scenarios.
Demonstrated Training experience, classroom delivery, and learner assessment in technical or functional domains.
Solid understanding of Business Process flows in finance and controlling.
Familiarity with Materials Management or related SAP modules and their integration with SAP FICO to explain crossfunctional processes.
Consulting mindset with the ability to use industry examples, address practical challenges, and guide learners on realworld application of SAP skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts.
Relevant academic background in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior experience as an SAP Trainer, Consultant, or Functional Analyst, preferably in corporate or professional training environments. .
