01Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new agent partners in the assigned territory.
Drive Commercial insurance sales through partner engagement.
Conduct regular field visits for training and business development.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly targets.
Train partners on PB Partners portal and processes.
Candidate profile :
Graduate in any discipline.
Open to Freshers or candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
Highly motivated to work in field sales and meet target-driven goals.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills with a resilient, self-starter attitude.
Local language fluency and willingness to travel daily for field meetings.
