Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated candidates to join our team as a Business Development Executive. Freshers and candidates with 01 year of experience, including internships in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, or EdTech, are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to prospective students through phone calls and explain training programs.
Understand students career goals and recommend suitable courses.
Build and maintain solid relationships with prospective students.
Conduct regular follow-ups to support the admission process.
Maintain and update leads in the CRM system.
Assist in lead generation and student engagement activities.
Collaborate with the marketing and internal teams to improve conversions.
Achieve daily and monthly sales and admission targets.
Requirements
Any Graduate.
0 to 1 year of experience in Business Development, Sales, Telecalling, or relevant internship experience.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust convincing and negotiation skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook for outreach is an added advantage.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to learn in a quick-paced environment.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
Compensation: 11,557.00 - 20,000.00 per month
