We are looking for a motivated Electrical Fresher to join our manufacturing unit. The candidate will work closely with the Production and Quality teams and receive hands-on training in electrical manufacturing processes, testing, inspection and production activities. Similar entry-level electrical manufacturing roles commonly involve panel/equipment assembly, testing, reading electrical drawings and supporting production and quality checks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Production team in day-to-day manufacturing activities.
- Understand electrical products, components, panels and assemblies.
- Perform basic electrical testing and inspection of products.
- Check wiring, connections, components and workmanship as per specifications.
- Read and understand basic electrical drawings and circuit diagrams.
- Assist in identifying production defects and quality issues.
- Maintain production and quality inspection records.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality and Maintenance departments.
- Support troubleshooting of basic electrical problems.
- Follow SOPs, safety procedures, 5S and quality standards.
- Ensure products meet required specifications before final inspection.
- Support continuous improvement and reduction of production defects.
- Learn testing instruments such as multimeter and other electrical measuring equipment.
Required Skills:
- Basic knowledge of electrical circuits and components.
- Good understanding of electrical engineering fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of testing and measuring instruments.
- Ability to read electrical drawings.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and teamwork.
- Willingness to learn and work on the shop floor.
- Basic computer knowledge.
