01Key Responsibilities
1. **Making Outbound Calls**: Reach out to potential customers to introduce our products and services, ensuring a friendly and professional tone in all communications.2. **Customer Database Management**: Maintain and update customer information in our database, ensuring that all records are accurate and current for future follow-ups.3. **Responding to Inquiries**: Address questions or concerns from customers promptly, providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions.4. **Achieving Targets**: Work towards monthly call and sales targets, demonstrating a proactive approach to meet expectations and contribute to team goals.5. **Feedback Collection**: Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve our services, reporting any important trends or issues to the management team.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have completed at least their 12th grade education.
