We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Freshers to join our Talent Acquisition team as IT Recruiters . This is an excellent opportunity for graduates who are interested in recruitment, technology, communication, and working with people.
As an IT Recruiter, you will be trained on the complete recruitment process and will work closely with candidates and hiring teams to identify and engage suitable IT professionals for various technology roles.
What You Will Do
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases.
- Connect with candidates through calls, emails, and skilled networking platforms.
- Screen candidate profiles based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Maintain candidate information and recruitment updates in the ATS/recruitment system.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network.
- Work towards achieving recruitment and hiring targets.
