ReBIT is hiring for the Role of Engineer Trainee (SAP) for Mumbai location.

1) SAP ABAP
2) SAP HCM
3) SAP BASIS
Only Engineering graduates from 2026 are eligible.
We will be conducting interviews on Saturday, 13th June, at Navi Mumbai. Interested and eligible candidates are invited to apply for the role.
Job description
Role & responsibilities (SAP ABAP)
1. Develop technical skills in SAP ABAP programming.
2. Work on SAP modules for custom development, debugging, and performance optimization.
3. Collaborate with SAP functional teams to understand business requirements.
4. Assist in developing reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF).
5. Support testing, troubleshooting, and documentation activities.
Roles & Responsibilities (SAP HCM)
1. Work on SAP HCM modules under expert guidance.
2. Assist in configuration, testing, and support of HR processes in SAP.
3. Work closely with HR teams to understand business processes and optimize them using SAP solutions.
4. Help with documentation, user training, and system troubleshooting.
5. Stay updated on SAP HCM enhancements and best p
6. Basic programming knowledge in Java, C, C++, Python, or any other language.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Willingness to learn SAP ABAP through structured training.
9. Valuable communication and teamwork skills. .
