Location: 5 Days Work From Office (WFO) per month, with remaining working days as Work From Home (WFH), subject to business and team requirements.

About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in Human Resources. This internship will provide exposure to recruitment, employee engagement, HR operations, and various HR processes in a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Support employee engagement activities and internal communications.
Assist in onboarding and documentation processes for recent hires.
Help prepare HR reports, presentations, and employee records.
Coordinate with different departments for hiring and HR-related activities.
Perform administrative and operational HR tasks as assigned.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and job portals is an added advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Must have a personal laptop and a reliable internet connection.
