Job Summary:

White Horse Manpower Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is hiring enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiters and Talent Acquisition Executives for IT and Non-IT recruitment. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, sourcing expertise, and a passion for talent acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, social media, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements.
Conduct telephonic interviews and initial candidate assessments.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers and clients.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
Achieve monthly hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Ensure positive candidate experience and employer branding.
