01Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or social media.Resolve customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions.Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when necessary.Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.Meet individual and team performance targets, including response time and customersatisfaction.Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.Stay updated on product knowledge and company proceduresRequired Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).Prior experience in customer service or a customer support role is an advantage.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Robust problem-solving and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally.Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.Ability to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays if required.Key Skills:Customer service orientationEffective communicationActive listeningProblem-solvingTime managementBPO / Voice processTeamworkMultitaskingAdaptability .
