Position Overview We are looking for a meticulous and communicative Accounts Payable Executive with 0-4 years of experience to join our international voice call process team. The ideal candidate will handle vendor payments, manage accounts payable activities related to voice call services, and ensure smooth coordination with global vendors and internal teams. Responsibilities Manage and process invoices related to international voice call services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms. Coordinate with international vendors, service providers, and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and payment queries. Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions related to international voice calls. Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation. Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities related to accounts payable. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Finance or any Engineering discipline. Minimum 0 to 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable. Candidates with a background in Accounting and Finance will be preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to confidently interact with international vendors and internal teams. High attention to detail. Strong organizational skills. Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
